Row Level Security (RLS)

Every table enforces strict Postgres RLS policies. Spouses cannot view other spouses or unlinked personnel.

Private Storage & Signed URLs

Documents are stored in private Supabase buckets. Access is served exclusively via 60-second signed URLs.

Immutable Audit Logging

All document views, decisions, and logins generate write-only audit logs with DB triggers preventing modification.

MFA & Rate Limiting

Admins require TOTP MFA. Endpoints are protected against enumeration, credential stuffing, and brute force.
